By doing so, you will execute circuit training. This can come in all different difficulty levels; beginner could be ten pushups, ten burpees (half burpees if you struggle with a full version), 10 second run on the spot (knees hip-high when raised), 30 seconds rest, repeat this for ten sets total. This is an excellent way of doing something fat burning because we utilize the body fat stores by performing what is known as H.I.I.T cardio. Then this activates what is called ‘the afterburn effect’, which is something that is active once the circuit training has been performed, thus burning excess calories up to 72 hours after the workout has been completed, believe it or not.
