Here’s How Cayleigh Couch’s Business “Withstand the Weight” Changed Her Life for the Better

In 2014, Cayleigh decided to kickstart her fitness journey as circumstances became a little unbearable for her. This journey started with the creation of a social media handle known as “Withstand The Weight.” At first, the account was just a personal online diary she used to share her weight loss journey. Cayleigh had no idea that in a short amount of time, the account would become a source of inspiration not only for her but for her followers as well.

Cayleigh’s fitness journey has been an amalgamation of success, hardships, and failures, but she always keeps herself composed and encourages others. The extra weight she put on was mainly due to the fact that she was a stay-at-home mom looking after her children. However, Withstand The Weight helped her shed the extra pounds which she gained during her pregnancy. Her second pregnancy was difficult but she continued to work out and documented it to motivate people.

For Cayleigh, Withstand The Weight was a place to reflect and to keep herself accountable throughout her fitness journey. On days when she felt down or felt demotivated, her social media diary made sure that she did not give up. Today, the account is not just a social media handle but a thriving business.

People tend to connect more with influencers who they can relate to and this is one of the pivotal reasons behind Cayleigh’s success as an influencer and a content creator. By documenting both her good and bad days, she has managed to gain the trust of followers. For Cayleigh, Withstand The Weight is not just a username, with time, it has become a life motto.

Over the years, through her experience, Cayleigh has learned that mental stability and strength matter just as much as your physical strength. It is not the weight in the gym but the test of strength in life, whether it’s a family, job, or emotional hardships. Holding on and working hard always brings you success. Most importantly it is patience that helps a person get through tough times.

In life, we all have to choose between withdrawal and withstand, which entirely depends on how you want to shape your present and future. Cayleigh didn’t think about quitting; it was never an option for her. She is a fighter, a survivor, and a believer in her potential and capabilities.
