Ryan Huffman has proven himself as one of the most versatile and inventive producers in entertainment. Across a decade of experience, he’s achieved tremendous recognition and continues to raise the bar. Ryan’s recently-founded Los Angeles-based production company, Huffman Creative, applies the personal approach that distinguished him throughout his independent career.
As a kid in San Diego, California, Ryan first explored filmmaking with his twin brother, where he created stop-motion videos with Legos. As Ryan grew up, he continued his passion for film and edited movies and videos for school dances, shows, and pep rallies. After graduating from high school, Ryan pursued filmmaking and studied film production at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.
After graduating, he went to work as an Associate Producer for National Geographic’s “Showdown of the Unbeatables.” After supporting the show through most of its run, Ryan moved on to produce for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ music media company, Revolt TV. As one of the network’s lead producers, he oversaw the writing and production of the live music news show, “Revolt Live,” which premiered five days a week with celebrity guests and major artists. This indispensable experience provided Ryan with critical knowledge of professional storytelling and production.
After two years at Revolt, Ryan made one of the biggest steps of his career and became a full-time freelance producer, where he began producing commercials and music videos for large brands and music artists. Giving credit to his optimistic outlook and resolute professionalism, Ryan saw swift success. After five years as a freelance producer, he founded Huffman Creative, a Los-Angeles based production company that showcases brands’ and artists’ creative visions.
Today, Ryan and his company Huffman Creative have helped some of the biggest names in music, like Ariana Grande, Imagine Dragons, Bad Bunny, and Drake. He’s also developed memorable creative campaigns for brands like Nike, Audi, Apple, and more.
In the coming years, Ryan aims to produce more captivating content and has two feature films currently in development.
The future is bright and exciting for Ryan and Huffman Creative, and we can’t wait to see what it brings.
