Learn How to Handle the Pressures of Social Media with Influencer Marina Betancourt

Social media is an integral part of our lives. We all are so addicted to it that we cannot survive a day without posting or updating something. Although it can be helpful most of the time, it can also be very harsh. Cyberbullying and trolling make room for insecurities. It can ruin any special thing for you just because of this trolling and name calling. If you want to survive the pressures of social media, you have got to be thick skinned. Most of the time, social media influencers fall under the radar of these trolls simply for posting a picture of a dress or even a pet. Learn how one of the best influencers; Marina Betancourt, deals with the pressures of social media.

Marina Betancourt thinks that restricting screen time or being aware of how much time we are spending on social media is one method for combating the issue. Most applications currently make some screen time measure you can check, and you might in fact get a notice from applications like Instagram, making you aware of how long you’ve spent on the application. Marina believes that investing energy away from these applications is a certain fire method for decreasing the pressure, allowing you to reconnect with the real world.

Marina Betancourt suggests that you have to be aware of the manner in which you utilize social media as it is one more method for reducing strain. Marina thinks that like any extraordinary platform, social media can also be utilized in a negative or positive manner. She says that finding the positive things that will upgrade your everyday life as opposed to visiting a negative profile is important to your mental well-being.

According to Marina Betancourt, from photography to traveling, to fashion, there are countless rousing individuals posting positive things on the internet, you simply need to track them. Marina believes that spending your time and energy on positive things will only make your social media experience better. Instead of listening to someone who is continuously trying to bring you down, engage yourself with someone that radiates good vibes.

Marina Betancourt believes that everyone should keep their social media relatable. It makes people believe in you more, rather than someone who is spreading false information through their account. Marina suggests that posting only about the shiny things in your life will create a false perspective. According to her authenticity is the key to creating a positive space around you.

Marina knows that social media can be a great way for people to keep in touch and get updates about social matters, but sometimes people can also twist the false accusations so much that it starts looking real. Marina Betancourt believes that the tensions from social media can cause you to feel disconnected, it can make you think that everybody else is living the best life despite the fact that this may not be the situation. She suggests that if you ever feel depressed and lonely, talk to someone and ask for help.
