Coronavirus, the prophecy in the 1981 book: “In 2020, biological weapon and virus from Wuhan”

Adnkronos draws a book-prophecy about the coronavirus. This is The Eyes of Darkness, a thriller novel written in 1981 by the American Dean Koontz. The latter speaks of a lethal virus that affects humans and that was created in a laboratory in China, more precisely in the city of Wuhan. Which is exactly the epicenter of the Covid-19 epidemic. Obviously there is no conspiracy theory behind it, but only a lot of curiosity for a literary history so close to the reality of these days. The text reads: “A Chinese scientist named Li Chen fled to the United States, carrying a diskette copy of the most important and dangerous Chinese biological weapon of the decade. They call it ‘Wuhan-400’ because in another passage of the same novel Koontz writes that “around 2020 a serious pneumonia will spread all over the world” and that this is “able to resist all known treatments”. To learn more, read also: Burioni warns Tuscany: “The chain of infections is at risk” because in another passage of the same novel Koontz writes that “around 2020 a serious pneumonia will spread all over the world” and that this is “able to resist all known treatments”. To learn more, read also: Burioni warns Tuscany: “The chain of infections is at risk”
