A Day in the Life of a Competitive Bodybuilder and Fitness Influencer Josie Medema

The early bird catches the worm” is a widespread saying about getting up and starting your day fresh and early to maintain focus and agility throughout the day. Having a productive start to your day is vital because that will give you the ability and focus on doing all your work for the rest of your day.

Josie Medema encourages people to set a better lifestyle with their health and fitness goals. She implements this on herself by following a rigorous routine she has perfected for herself over the years. This regime has also helped her reach her dream of being a bodybuilder, which she has worked on for almost a year.

Josie models for several companies that promote their health and fitness products through her. She wants to get more modeling deals like these from other prominent companies. Josie follows an absolute routine embedded in her lifestyle to maintain herself. She is a full-time student at the University of Utah, majoring in kinesiology and nutrition.

Waking up early in the morning makes Josie feel refreshed because of her sleep quality. She doesn’t use any screen 30 minutes before bedtime to regain her sleep quality. She then wakes up at 5:30 in the morning and starts her day by getting sweaty. She exercises and swims to kick-start her day, believing that working out makes her more efficient and productive throughout the day.

She doesn’t eat anything in the morning because she thinks her productivity is the best when she is in a fasted state. Josie takes help from supplements like caffeine, alpha-gpc, ashwagandha, etc. all this helps her maintain her health and fitness and also helps her maintain her health and fitness goals like her body.

Josie firmly believes in the holistic approach to being healthy and fit. It recommends that people find and absorb natural light because it helps them with “physiological/ endocrinological mechanisms that relate to our circadian clock and the time of day.

Being a health and fitness influencer is no easy feat. It requires discipline and an excellent attitude to follow the regular regime. Most of the time, people will only believe what they see, so maintaining your health becomes the top priority for fitness influencers like Josie. It won’t be wrong to say that she has maintained a perfect record of being a fitness role model in her community.
