Arielle Hayat, a Talented Herbalist, Aims to Familiarize People With Herbalism

Herbalism has been around for centuries, but one herbalist aims to familiarize people with it. Arielle Hayat is a clinical herbalist trying to change the face of herbalism, and she is doing so through her profound knowledge and command over herbal medicine. Herbalism is an ancient form of medicine that uses plants and plant-based substances to treat a variety of symptoms.

One of her main goals is to show people that herbalism can be used in conjunction with modern technology and that it doesn’t have to be an “either/or” proposition. She has dedicated her life to studying and practicing this traditional form of medicine. Through her work, Arielle hopes to increase awareness of herbalism and its many benefits, and she also hopes to dispel the myths and misconceptions that surround this practice.

Arielle has already made significant moves in her quest to change how people view herbalism. Within two years of her journey, she was filmed for a NY PIX 11 segment on herbal medicine. Her work has been praised by some of the most respected names in the field.

She apprenticed for 1000 hours under master herbalist Lata Kennedy of Flower Power Herbs and Roots. She worked in her herb business for over 7 years, helping other herbalists learn and educating and working at The Alchemist’s Kitchen. Also, she taught herbal medicine to huge organizations such as Boston Consulting Group, WeWork, Equinox, Nutrifol, The Alchemist’s Kitchen, and others for over 6 years.

With her knowledge, passion, and drive, there is no doubt that Arielle will continue to make waves in herbalism. Her clients find their inner peace and experience profound emotional and physical transformation through lifestyle, diet, and herbs due to her work. Arielle believes that herbalism is a healing art that should be accessible to everyone. She aims to educate people about the benefits of herbalism and how to use herbs safely and effectively.

That is not it. She has also created an E-book called “21 days reset: rescue the gut with lifestyle, food, and herbal medicine“, which is doing wonders for people. Her Ebook includes meditation practices, a diet that will make sense, recipes you will want to make, and an herbal protocol so you can feel confident in your use of herbs.

Arielle is dedicated to helping people overcome their health illnesses safely and effectively. It is not wrong to say that Arielle has a lot to offer to the world with her profound knowledge and dedication to her work. Arielle is one of many talented herbalists working to spread the word about this valuable practice. You can learn more about Arielle and her work by visiting her website.
