Levels Management CEO Rafael Peña Expanding the BRUNCHXGODS Brand into Atlanta

Constant learning and continuous progress are the keys to success. If you have the ability to persevere and learn from mistakes, then there’s no holding back. Our efforts define our destinies and Rafael Peña, founder of BRUNCHXGODS, is a living example of it. He never let humble beginnings and massive setbacks detract him, instead he has built a name and a fortune from the circumstances of his past.

Rafael’s life was not a smooth ride, he faced formidable challenges early on. The product of divorced parents, Rafael’s father died during the young teen’s most impressionable years leaving him to go live with his mother is some of the roughest areas of the Bronx. Observing all the discrepancies of growing up in two  different lifestyles, Rafael used what he knew to get what he wanted.  Instead of falling to the depth of depression, young Rafael channeled his energies into building a possible future for himself doing grassroot marketing for record labels. It was small and temporary, the experience exposed him to the world of music and marketing- two areas that held the future for him.

Being street smart, social, interactive and observant may not get you the right grades, but they are the essential traits of a successful businessman and Rafael ranked top on them all. The right mix of characteristics got him soaring as soon as he started his professional career, developing showcases for a few artists. His observant nature, an eye for details and the ability to find great underground artists for worthy shows set the base for his marketing company  Levels Management.

Once his business was in full swing, there was no going back. He was progressing leaps and bounds creating new brands and offshoots everywhere, all the time. His marketing company, Levels Management is a business consultancy company that helps celebrities, brands, and businesses reach out to their potential publics more effectively and efficiently for success par excellence. The creative wing of the company, Levels Creative, is gearing up to film a Indie project in 2023 and a pilot project this fall.

Rafael is  all about marketing and consultation; but there is still much more. He firmly believes in doing what the heart feels attached to because that’s when you can give your best to your work. To feed his passions and never let them go dry, Rafael writes for TravelNoire.com as a food critic and travel writer. He is not the man to partake in the rat race for money-making; he loves his life, his hobbies, his passions and feeds his soul along with a good plate of food.

Rafael’s career goals are high. He’s upgrading his company and increasing his outreach by expanding BRUNCHXGODS, the leisure event branch of Levels Management  into Atlanta. Currently  BRUNCHXGODS organizes weekly brunches for young professionals to help uplift them with social connections and commercial opportunities.

Rafael Peña is a man of many talents. His talents and passions have facilitated a high flight in diverse plains and there is no end to all the amazing successes in sight.
